DAY CAMPS:
$650 (CDN) PER WEEK (no HST on day camps)
There is a charge of $100 (CDN) for each weekend stay.
(Only available if staying in between camps. Please note there is no riding on weekends.)
Examples for 2011 Residential Camp rates:
2 weeks = $2200 + $100 = $2300 (CDN)
3 weeks = $3300 + $200 = $3500 (CDN)
4 weeks = $4400 + $300 = $4700 (CDN)
5 weeks = $5500 + $400 = $5900 (CDN)
6 weeks = $6600 + $500 = $7100 (CDN)

Transportation to and from Ottawa International Airport by arrangement
at an additional cost of $50 (CDN) each way.
Please note we can not do trips to the airport on Fridays so please arrange for a Saturday morning return flight.
Complimentary transportation can be provided to and from the
Perth or Carleton Place Greyhound Terminal.
Note: Sessions fill up fast so please have alternate choice dates available.
The Government of Canada's Fitness Tax Credit (FTC) will allow parents to claim a max.
of $500/year for eligible fees paid for each child under 16 yrs of age.
Max. amount of eligible fitness tax credit program allowance is $500/ child.
The parent/taxpayer's tax bracket will determine the actual amount of the tax credit.
Shadow Ridge's 1 week March Break & Summer Camps, in addition to our weekly lesson program qualify for this fitness tax credit.
In accordance with the FTC stated requirements, we offer:
(1) Ongoing (2) Supervised program(s) (3) Suitable for children in which substantially all of the activities undertaken include a (4) significant amount of physical activity that contributes to cardio-respiratory endurance, plus (5) one or more prescribed physical activities; Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Flexibility, Balance.
An FTC eligible program should encourage children under 10 years to strive for at least 30 minutes of sustained moderate to vigorous physical activity per session, and 60 minutes for children 10 and older.
An FTC eligible program must:
Run at least 8 weeks, 1 session/week.
Run 5 consecutive days ( camps )
So please don't forget to ask me for those tax receipts!!!
REGISTRATION
Spaces are limited and will be reserved on a
first come, first served basis so please register early to avoid
disappointment.
All campers should bring along their OHIP card or if from out of
province, a valid Canadian medical card.
For US and overseas campers, please have proof of current medical
insurance to cover any emergencies/hospitalization while in

A deposit of $250.00 (CDN) for each week is
required with registration, with the balance due by June 1. Please include postdated cheque(s) for balance if not paying in full.
Deposits are refundable up to May 15, less a $100.00 (CDN) non-refundable administration fee.
No refunds after May 15 unless request is accompanied by a medical certificate.

EARLY REGISTRATIONS, DISCOUNTS AND 
PAYMENT PLAN
All "Paid in Full" registrations for any week(s) received by March 31st, receive a
$25.00 (CDN) per week discount.
Families will receive a $25.00 (CDN) discount on registration fees for the
second or more child(ren).
Receive a $25.00 (CDN) discount on your child's registration fees for each camper you refer
to Shadow Ridge Residential Summer Camp. The referred camper must be a new camper and reserve
a session during the current year (2012).
Payment Plan - send your deposit in December or January and then divide the remaining balance
over the next 5/6 months
by sending postdated cheques for the first of each month.
Please note the balance (last cheque) must be paid by June 1st.
